More than 20 types of appetizers will be served on rotation, like Japanese Style Sea Scallops and Crab Roe Salad, Soft Boiled Egg with Sakura Shrimp, Crab Meat with Tofu in Roast Sesame Sauce. Hot dishes like Ebi Tempura, Fresh Clams in Sake Broth, Teriyaki Chicken Pizza are also mouth-watering. The 3 types of freshly-shucked oysters, luscious seafood-on-ice and the Japanese sashimi will surely delight fans of seafood!
The 9 main courses made with top quality seafood and finest steak have been highly praised all the time. The three special recommendations include Cod Fish Fillet in Oden broth, Saikyo Yaki Norwegian Salmon Fillet and Canadian Scallops, Grilled Japanese Kumamoto A3 Wagyu Beef Rib Eye. Grilled perfectly to keep it juicy and tender, Kumamoto A3 Wagyu beef steak is the first choice for meat lovers!
Japanese desserts are always irresistible to the sweet lovers. Together with a selection of Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream and Italian Gelato, our desserts on rotation offer from Matcha Red Bean Mousse, Japanese Cheese Cake, Red Bean Cake Roll, Sake with Lychees Jelly to the classical Daifuku and Wagashi.
